    Step 2: Select the type of participant (Physicians / Nurses and Allied Healthcare Professionals / Fellows / Exhibitors / Industry Representative (non-exhibitors)) and the number of badges or online accesses needed.

    Step 3: Submit.

    Step 4: Once finalised, you will receive your invoice and link to your personalised registration platform where you will be able to enter your participants' data.

    Any change/or correction on the final invoice will be charged € 100 VAT Incl. Please make sure you enter the correct billing details below.

    VAT claim by Tax Recovery Services: Europa Organisation will not provide any invoices or respond to any billing modification requests from Tax recovery services.
    Please make sure you provide directly the bills to your VAT recovery agencies.
